Gyu-kaku opened up Yakiniku to the broad customer segments offering Yakiniku in the affordable price different from the traditional Yakiniku restaurants.
Yakiniku, meaning “Grilled Meat,” which is a Japanese style of cooking bite-sized meat and vegetables over a charcoal or gas burner grill.
Gyu-Kaku particularly prides itself on its fresh ingredients. In addition to various types of barbecued meat like kalbi, harami and tongue, a variety of vegetables and mushrooms are available, as well as a great line up of desserts and drinks.
