1987 June Established as Kokudo Shinpan Co., Ltd., real estate business
1996 January Entered restaurant businesses and opened Yakiniku Ichiba “Shichirin”
1997 October Changed store name from "Shichirin" to "Gyu-Kaku"
1997 November Opened the first franchised restaurant
1998 April Changed corporate name to REINS INTERNATIONAL INC.
2000 March Opened a shabu-shabu restaurant, ONYASAI
2000 July Opened TORIDEN Kamameshi and Skewered Dishes
2000 December Registered the shares with the Japan Securities Dealers Association and listed on the OTC market in Tokyo.
2001 July Opened Gyu-Kaku in United States, the first one outside of Japan
2002 February Obtained 100% share of Red Lobster Japan Co., Ltd.
2002 August Opened the first Gyu-Kaku in Taiwan
2003 July Opened REINS' 1000th restaurant
