| 2000 July | Opened TORIDEN Kamameshi and Skewered Dishes |
| 2000 December | Registered the shares with the Japan Securities Dealers Association and listed on the OTC market in Tokyo. |
| 2001 July | Opened Gyu-Kaku in United States, the first one outside of Japan |
